Congressional District 1 Special Election

Special election to fill the remainder of Congressman Neil Abercrombie's unexpired term. Abercrombie resigned effective February 28, 2010 to focus on his gubernatorial race.

M, May 10 - Th, May 20, 2010, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., absentee walk-in voting at the Office of the City Clerk, Honolulu Hale (City Hall), 530 S. King St., Honolulu

Sa, May 15, 2010, last day to request absentee mail ballots

Sa, May 22, 2010, 6:00 p.m., deadline to receive special election ballots

Case, Djou and Hanabusa have all said that they will also be running for the same seat for the next full two-year term in the regular elections later in the year.
