The U.S. Constitution for Dummies

Judge Andrew Napolitano says the creation of the American constitutional republic, with its guarantees of personal liberties, is the greatest political accomplishment in the history of the western world. He explains that it has been under attack from the beginning, and that some of its worst abuses have taken place since 9/11.

He ends by saying that if a love of freedom lives in the hearts of the people, no government can take it away for very long, leaving us to ask ourselves, can Americans still be a people who love freedom when most of them seem hardly to have noticed or cared about what has happened to their country in the last few years?
