Further, claims the RT host, NGOs pay protesters $35 to show up and $500-$2,000 for violence. One man who says for the record that he was a protest organizer for NGOs states the pay was $1 million. The strategy was for the U.S. to go after smaller countries like Belarus and Ukraine, paving the way to go after Russia.
