Romney Campaigns in Israel

HPI note: Mitt Romney, Republican contender for President of the United States, was in Israel today campaigning for President! He gave assurances before an audience that included some campaign donors, including American Sheldon Adelson, a Jew, that if elected President, the U.S. will be even more of an Israeli puppet than it is already. "We will not look away nor will our country ever look away from our passion and commitment to Israel," he said.

Adelson has said that he will donate millions to Romney's campaign. He had previously donated $5 million to a super PAC supporting Newt Gingrich's 2012 campaign, which used most of the money to attack Mitt Romney as "a predatory corporate raider."

The presidential election hovered over the speech. The Old City formed a made-for-television backdrop behind Romney, while some of his campaign donors listened in the audience.
