AIPAC, the Israel lobby, kicked off their three-day conference today. With the Jewish lobby's usual chutzpah, they made no secret of urging America, their chief enabler, into an unjust war with Iran. It would be a partnership made in the depths of hell. Had Republican Mitt Romney been elected, and with this boot-licking Congress, we might be there already. With no evidence to back it up, Israel says that Iran is working toward a nuclear weapon. This is a good reason, according to the Jewish nation, to go to war, as long as the U.S. joins it and spends its own treasure and lives without the Israelis having to give in equal measure. On the other hand, it's no secret at all that Israel has 300 or so nuclear weapons. But Israel doesn't mention them and neither does its partner in crime, the U.S. It would seem that there is a far greater danger of the use of nuclear weapons from Israel and the U.S. After all, the only country in the world that has used nuclear weapons to mass murder human beings is our country. Despite the rationalizations fed to the public at the time, top American military men, such as Eisenhower and MacArthur, thought there was no good reason at all for them. The Japanese were already defeated and trying to surrender.
