Testimony of Harrowing Experience with the IRS and US Marshals

Danny Riley, friend of two people in trouble with the IRS, Ed and Elaine Brown, was accosted by and shot at by law officers while out walking the Browns' dog outside their home early on June 7, 2007. After a harrowing day with the law, he was given instructions to lie to the Browns about his experience and not to talk to the media. If he did otherwise, he would be facing many years in jail.

Later that night he recorded a video about his experience and immediately put it out on the Internet.

Danny was later sentenced to 36 years in prison.

The Browns likewise were sentenced and are not scheduled for release until Ed is 103-years old and Elaine is 102.
